Madagascar Luxury has a character unique to itself.  There are some very beautiful camps and lodges in existence these days and it is now possible to explore this amazing island, the world’s fourth largest – in extreme comfort!

In terms of luxury and also in terms of experience, our favourites must lie north of the island, around Nosy Be – where there are a couple of really beautiful lodges. Then there is Nosy Komba which occupies a lovely island – this is a much more of a local style lodge with inimitable style and taste and amazing food. There are also black lemurs here and great snorkelling and diving. This is more of a boutique hotel rather than a resort, such as Anjajavy above.

Manafiafy is our other great choice -  one of the best lodges we have ever been to and somewhere you can escape to for peace and quiet. Manafiafy has so many positives!
