Safari in Zambia
A safari in Zambia will give you one of the finest safaris in Africa! Firstly, it is home to the walking safari and Zambia offers some of the finest walking safaris in the south Luangwa National Park. In addition, their guiding is some of the best in Africa – next to Zimbabwe.
You can have such a diverse safari and Zambia offers some of the very best wildlife viewing areas. Starting off with the Kafue – and in particular the Busanga Plains. This is a fabulous area with its own unique eco system. Then you have the south and north Luangwa regions – south Luangwa specifically being known for probably the highest concentration of leopard sightings and Thornicroft’s giraffe which is endemic to this area. You then have the upper and lower reaches of the Zambezi – the upper Zambezi offering Livingstone and we have some wonderful places for you to stay on their own islands. Then we have the lower Zambezi which is one of the most rewarding and beautiful parks and you can canoe down the river, fish, or game view by open 4 x 4 vehicle. What you can be assured of, however, is a very different, wildlife filled safari with plenty of variety – with lots of excellent guiding, walking and canoeing!
