This total personalisation and attention to detail is impossible to achieve by using just email, therefore we always start by having a really in-depth conversation with you so that we can build a holiday that is exactly right for all the individuals travelling. This is a critical part of the whole process. Once we understand your requirements more clearly then ongoing communication can be by email if you so prefer.
